Authors Nancy Sprowell Geise and Jim Dultmeier share the powerful and heartbreaking story of the Dultmeier family's loss of their 19-year-old daughter to a drunk driver in their new book, On Shattered Wings: A Family's Journey from Grief to Hope.Geise will discuss the process of writing such an emotional story, and will also share about the work Jim and Lori have done since Jennifer's death to help others, such as Jim's work as an impact speaker for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, and Lori's efforts with the founder of Quilts for Angels, which has donated thousands of quilts to area hospitals. Jim Dultmeier will share what he has learned from being an impact speaker for MADD.
