View outcomes of community perception surveys, data analysis and most recent County Health Rankings to determine priorities for Shawnee County's Community Health Need Assessment.
This event is hosted by LiveWell Shawnee County and the Shawnee County Health Department. They will share n overview of the most recent County Health Rankings and Roadmaps and the theme for this year's conversation, "Creating Thriving Communities", will be given. Data gathered from the CHNA Assessment results will be reviewed in addition to prioritizing community needs as a group with the transition into the next Community Health Improvement Plan cycle.
If you have not already, please do take the Community Health Needs Assessment before Tuesday, April 30. Your response is important and we appreciate every time you share the survey link with those around you. After taking the CHNA survey you will be prompted to take the Community Inspired Violence Intervention Coalition's Community Violence Survey. Please take this survey too! CIVIC is working tirelessly to create a strategic and community-led violence intervention program. Your response to both the CHNA survey and CIVIC's survey matters.
