This class will be working in a fluid flow style yoga. You will be moving safely in and out of postures in a way that builds warmth. You need to be able to get up and down off the floor to participate
Power yoga –In this instance it does not mean standing on your head or balancing on only your forearms. Power yoga in this class will mean working toward a more fluid flow style class. You won't be working hard because you're doing arm balances but rather because we will keep you moving safely in and out of postures in a way that is warmth building. In this class you will need to be able to get up and down off the floor to participate. That said, this class will be accessible to those who are mobile but may not have practiced a lot of yoga. The instructor will offer modifications for all complex postures so everybody can participate in the way that supports their body and practice best that day. You can do this, and what better place to try it out!
You can bring your own mat or the instructor will have extra.
