Consider who will make medical and personal decisions on your behalf if you become incapacitated. Learn about the importance of advance directives and estate planning basics from KS Legal Services.
Experts will present a 30 minute informational program at 1:30pm. Then attendees who are 60+ will have an opportunity to talk one-on-one with a Kansas Legal Services staff member to have advance directive legal documents drafted for free. Legal documents such as Powers of Attorney and Living Wills can be prepared on site.
Assistance will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Individuals will be required to complete a short application form prior to meeting with an attorney. For additional information please contact Kansas Legal Services 785-354-8531.
