The Radical Self-Care That Can Not Wait presented by The Topeka (KS) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.
In celebration of Black History Month we will examine the concept of Intersectional Identity-Based Discrimination and how it manifests in the lived experiences of Black women. Participants will learn practical radical self-care strategies that can be used to establish unapologetic boundaries that will prepare them to resist, mitigate and interrupt the destructive impact of trauma in their personal and professional lives.
