Artist Jo Stealey will teach you to make an armature using basketry techniques of twining & random weaving with reed or wire. Armatures will be a sculptural form you'll cover with handmade paper.
We'll provide in-person supplies for this creation. Stealey will also suggest other materials and surface possibilities for you to explore beyond this workshop.
If you aren't able to attend in person you are welcome to watch Stealey's discussion (approx 1-2pm) by Zoom. Register for Zoom link.
